Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Milkshake Mixologist to join our team! In this role, you’ll craft high-quality, hand-spun milkshakes and specialty desserts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll craft high-quality, hand-spun milkshakes and specialty desserts while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve milkshakes, sundaes, and other specialty desserts to company standards
- Accurately follow recipes while maintaining consistency and presentation quality
- Operate and maintain milkshake equipment, blenders, and prep stations
- Provide friendly, efficient, and engaging customer service
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Handle customer orders, including customizing requests when possible
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members during high-volume periods
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes loud environment

Compensation: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
